okay so I'm on hold to give this a shot and the cm is super nice
which is always a plus.. but she keeps saying there are "some" offers out there but probably not what your wanting, so why don't you call back in the next day or so and we might have something new..

Were you trying the D3X? Maybe the CM I just talked to was playing coy with me.

the 1st time i called i said i'd like to apply a free dining code. before i could even say d3x, she said it doesnt start until tomorrow & to call back.

a few minutes later i called back and was able to mention the d3x code. it took the cast member a little bit to find it, but i got the same answer - call back tomorrow to book.

i can wait a few more hrs.. been waiting since may for this

Rumor is now saying the Disney World Free Dining that is opening tomorrow will be extended into 2012 as well:

I was hoping that May would be included in those dates as well. Guess I'll know for sure tomorrow.

danny's 2012 dates may be backfiring on me! Now my husband wants to wait until Feb 3 instead of Dec 3! My only problem with that is that it's two months later!!!

I would take a % off too. I booked our room only this year with a 25% off promo and then booked the rest of our vacation with the free dining promo. Hopefully, they will come out with something the two of us can use.

I thought I'd get to post more on my trip report today but my boss has been in a tizzy all day. Hopefully, I can finish up our Tennessee trip post soon and move back to the Disney vacation.

Oh no! Can you tell your husband there are hoards of crazy teens from various other cultures that don't adhere to our puritanical ideals of modesty there in February or something? Maybe then he won't want to delay? *grin* All joking aside if it were me I would just pull the pouty card and if that didn't work I would try the stomping the foot "because I said so" card... hey! it worked for Tinkerbell right?

I have been informed that after the leak of the codes for this offer they have been changed to prevent early bookings, at this moment the original codes that I have posted have been changed but the FD offer conditions and the time frames are the same that i have posted 4 days ago in the first post of this thread, only call tomorrow morning and say that you want the FD and at add it to your existing reservation or make a new one at the Disney site (you will see the link under special offers) using this offer but I repeat the time frames and the conditions are the same, thank you

How did you do this?? I thought you had to pay rack rate for your room in order to use the FD package...

I'm not above the foot-stomping idea. Is February when the Brazilians descend? And yes, I know not all Brazilians are obnoxious before anyone starts in on me! Just the ones that come to Disney in mass groups.

Thank you danny25. If I can modify my reservation tomorrow, this will mean a savings of aprox. $900 - we will have to pay for our meals for 1 day in order to get FD for 6 days, but this will be well worth it. Thanks again

Hehehe I have no idea if there will be Brazilians there, but it sounds like a great excuse to go in December instead of February doesn't it?
