Here's one I haven't heard before:
My FL resident annual pass expires 4/16, going to FL 4/19. Well, I'm a part-timer that shows proof to get my pass - fine in the old days before FP+. No problem with waiting until I was at the park to renew the pass b/c you weren't booking rides 60 days out unlike now. So I can't book my FP+ b/c you can't renew FL resident pass online unless you have a credit card with that home billing address, which I don't. UGH! I'm going to see if over the phone, I can use a gift card since you only get a e-certificate anyhow and still need to show proof of residence later. Seriously! Anyone come across this?
