new feature pool at SSR?

Does anyone know if there is going to be a second feature pool at SSR, and if so when it is supposed to be complete? We are in the planning stages of a trip for next march and I am just wondering. Thanks

i read there was and if looked like it is getting built in the final phase. when you exit the resort its over to the left hand side. still a wee bit to go on comleting those though by the looks of things (we were there last week)

Just curious how people know this is going to be a feature pool vs another quiet pool. I recently spoke with my guide who said it is only going to be a large quiet pool. Seems to me DVC would be only too happy to reveal a new feature pool at SSR in light of the many complaints/speculations that SSR's feature pool will be too small once the resort is sold out. Anyone out there with any inside information? Let us all in on the secret...

can't find where I read it but will keep looking you may be right though re it being another quiet pool. you can definately see the outline though when you exit of some sort of pool area. I never thought to ask our guide when we were out last week as we prefer the quiet pool.

We asked our guide and lots of SSR CM's about it as well. The general feeling we got was that it's going to be a large pool, but not a feature one (darn). We were told that it will have a pool bar, though, which should be good news for those who want mugs (I was thinking when we were there that I wouldn't buy a mug unless I was staying in the Springs).

My understanding is a larger non slide pool with a bar and snack area.
