New Feature on Carnival Ships

Carnival is doing the Seuss at Sea thing now too. We don't love Carnival but that was enough to push us over the edge and book a 4 night sailing. I'm referring to it as our "slum cruise". It'll help give me something else to obsess about and pass the time till our next DCL sailing.
The Steak and Eggs is great for Seuss at Sea Brunch if you do that!

We just got off a Carnival ship this past weekend (had a great cruise) and we saw some version of the BAB workshop (just listed as "build a stuffed animal" or something like that) in the Camp Ocean schedule but we missed it! For no real reason than we were just doing other stuff on the ship at that time, I think. I had actually purchased 2 stuffed animals ahead of time through their shop, delivered to our cabin so my kids weren't totally deprived ;)
Anyone looking to go on Carnival should know that the Seuss stuff is pretty minimal, but the Cat in the Hat breakfast was worth the $5/pp cost. The kids really loved it :)

I just can't see spending $50 on a stuffed animal.

Oh how I wish I could get out of BAB only spending $50. Each time we've gone it has set us back over $100.

We do spend a lot on vacation but in my defense, my kids rarely get new things outside of Christmas and their birthdays. Vacations are a time we splurge. I make them work for me and refuse to give them their cash until we leave so that helps too.

It is SO nice to see other cruise lines finding new ways to attract families!
