strongly considering using this in june but i have a question - there are two locations at each park for pickup - how do you know which one to go to when you are ready to leave?
There is only one pickup/drop-off spot per park. What you are seeing is the waiting area where you are held until the bus is ready and then the loading spot. It's really the same thing.

We will be coming in Friday evening. We plan to go to Disney Springs for dinner. Can we purchase the express tickets at the guest relations desk there???
Yes - you can purchase at any Guest Relations, official ticket counter, & Disney Concierge using cash, credit card, or Disney gift card. The pass can also be purchased at Express check-in, only with a credit card for the purchase.

Just keep in mind that the clock starts ticking on the length of the ticket when you *buy* it as opposed to when you first use it. So if you're buying a 7-day ticket on Friday night and only staying for 6 days, you'll be ok. But if you're staying longer, it could expire before your last day(s).

Can you pay with a credit card at the kiosk and is the kiosk at the pick up and drop off bus site? And what would your strategy be if you are driving to the parks? Since the parks close at diff. times....say you are at AK and it closes at 10 p.m. but you need to get back to MK, which closes at 9 p.m....how do you work your strategy?

Thank you for the info!!! We are only staying 4 days so we will be good. I just wanted to get it out of the way so we could get to RD on Saturday.....

Yes you can use a credit card at the kiosk and the kiosk is the bus check in site. The drop off/pick up spot is back stage. All you do is done at the check in point, which is in the park
You can't use it to a park once that park closes. So it won't run to MK after MK closes. It won't be a good choice for those who drive unless you plan to hop mid day and return to the park you parked at before it closes.

Kind of an opposite question... If MK closes at 9:00 (fireworks at 9:00), will I be able to take a 9:30 bus back to AK (which closes at 11:00 - EMH until 1:00)? This happens to be the 4th of July, so I'm thinking park hours on the 4th at MK will get extended to at least 10:00, so it shouldn't be an issue, but if it closes at 9:00, I just want to make sure I can still use the Express option to get back to AK (where we'll be parked). I think I read upstream 'yes' when someone asked, but I just want to confirm.

They will run 1 additional bus after park closing to an open park. Without looking back to see what times the MK-AK bus runs, if you can watch Wishes and make the bus stop 5 min before departure before that cut off the answer is yes but if you can't the answer is no

Thanks. It's July 4th, so not Wishes... According to the schedule, the bus from MK heads back to AK at 9:30. We'll watch the fireworks from a spot close-ish to Tomorrowland and shouldn't have a problem getting to the bus pick-up by Buzz by 9:25 (I don't think)!

At worst, the "free" park-to-park bus would still be running, I believe.

Yes I was told if you can't make the Express bus, you can take the regular park bus. It kind of complicates the end of the night if you ask me, after all wouldn't it be nice to be able to get on a less crowded bus when that park is letting out and a million people are all exiting for the buses. I guess you really have to figure out where you should be at the end of each night to make it work.

Yes, the Express bus would be much nicer but at least there's a free backup plan if the timing doesn't work out for the Express bus. Of course Uber or a taxi are also options if you don't want to take the bus.

I thought there was ONLY one location at each park?

There is just 1 location (picks up and drops off in same spot) in each park. PP misunderstood something.
Yes, one stop in each park. There is a sign, and a CM will come escort you to the waiting area. You can get a bus schedule there as well and you can sign up in this location if you haven't already bought your express ticket. There will be a kiosk there to do this. I've been told you can also purchase at the ticket windows and at your resort.

So I asked the express people today what the earliest bus would be to leave MK tomorrow since there's 7AM EMH and they said it would leave MK at 9:00 AM but everything I read says 10 AM is the earliest. Has anyone else heard anything like this?

Ohh! Do let us know. I built my schedule around a 10am first bus. This could change things.

Interesting. They've had 7 AM openings plenty of times since this service began. they've not altered the start times in the past. Not to say they can't tomorrow but it would be new

I'm wondering if the people working the check-in were just wrong.
