YIKES! I'm not one to be shaken by negative comments, nor am I one to make negative posts in general...but this is (as I recall) the
third post I've read in a month about unexpected, arbitrary, and unjustified overcharging at the S/D! That's a SERIOUS, SERIOUS problem for a hotel, and if we were not solidly committed to the Swan this time (mostly for $$ reasons), there's no doubt we'd change at this point.
I guess we'll just have to go with all our paperwork and a "forewarned is forearmed" attitude! Were you able to catch the mistake on the TV account page, or did you only notice it upon checkout?
