Do you need to put your kids on the deed??

Minor children cannot be on the deed. Children who are considered adults could be put on the deed, but if they have any financial difficulties, the DVC contract becomes part of their assets.

As I posted above, you can file the paperwork yourself for about a $50 fee to the County.

A will does not avoid probate.
