New England DIS Meet - Sunday, December 5th - AVON! - CHANGED DATE!

Guys, I hate to do this but I have to cancel. We went today and I will say it was gorgeous and worth the time. We did not get to ride the ride as the wait as well over 2 hours.

Something has come up and we have a family commitment that we did not see coming.


Will someone else be in charge??

What timing. Glad you had a good time Kristin.

We too had some family things come up over the weekend and have been deciding how to juggle them. The leader cancelling makes it a bit easier on us as we are following suit.

Deb and I will see some of our NE friends in December and hope to see the others in early 2011.

I was so looking forward to this but we now have a family 80th birthday party to be at in Western MA at 2PM so it looks like we are out too. I am glad you got to go Kristen and we'll have to see everyone at Co-Co in February!

So, was there ever a list of who originally was going? Its sounding like just about everybody is now having to drop out. Not a problem, but Val & I wouldn't want to go just to find we were the only ones there.

I haven't checked this thread in awhile - is anyone going? It's almost a 2 hour drive for us - don't want to go for just us! With the cruise the next week I can certainly find things to do around here (tree anyone?) and I haven't told the kids, so they won't be disappointed.

So it looks like we may be back on for Sunday. I know. A couple things opened up allowing us to change our schedules a bit.
