New DVD - What's different from the 100 Years DVD

A while back someone posted here (couldn't find it again with the Search) that WDW had a new DVD available in the parks that was similiar to the 100 Years DVD they had last year. Has anyone who has been recently purchased and viewed it? I think the original poster said it was $29.99.

I have the 100 Years DVD and was wondering if this new one is essentially the same one minus the 100 Year stuff?

Forgive my ignorance but what DVD? I didn't know there was anything else available other than the WDW trip planning video.

We just got back from WDW and I am not pleased if this is something that I should have gotten when we were there. Is it a resort/parks only thing?

I am curious, too. I saw the VHS version of the 100 years of magic souviner video in the hotel gift shop. The one souviner I wish I had bought. I am thinking of getting the 2003 DVD from www.mainstreetmegastore.com

It's called "Where Magic Lives". This web site charges $35 + shipping. Has anyone seen it??????????

PrincessEilonwy, that's the one. I know the 100 Year one didn't cover "every nook and cranny" as this one states from the description:

I thought the 100 Year DVD missed quite a few of the other attractions and skimmed through the classics, though still worth having. I'd just like to know if anyone has this new one and how it compares to the 100 Year one.

Is this DVD much more in depth than the free planning videos that you can get from Disney.com? How in depth do these videos get? Do they talk about the hotels at all?

I have the 100 Years of Magic DVD. It delves into a little of the history of Disney World and shows some clips from rides in all the parks. It is definitely different and more in depth than the planning videos. The 100 Years one also had a documentary on Walt himself. The video only focused on the 4 theme parks and did not look at the resorts or waterparks at all.
