New DVC Survey

Did anyone get a recent DVC survey? Seemed like some interesting questions.

It also pulled in when I became a member and asked if DVC could follow-up my replies directly with my email on file.

I did not. I dint get the last time they sent out a survey either.

I take it as a positive that they are asking these questions.

If I could change anything it would be to increase the refresh cadence & make the furniture more comfortable instead of just being extra sleeping surfaces.

JK.. I have no complaints other than I had to make a last minute booking for this week and y'all swore Saratoga, Animal Kingdom, and Old Key West were always available. LIARS! lol

Thank you for sharing! They must be sensing you are weak to buy more direct! I have both an AP and direct DVC. At locations they always do the AP discount. I rather wish for how much we have paid for the DVC they gave a little more then for the AP. Even 5% more would be a token big picture but would be nice. (Not that they are asking for my opinion...)

I think I reflected the maintenance accurately! I did use most of my 500 character limit to provide constructive feedback.

I wasn't too harsh. In addition to maintenance I mentioned the benefits (discounts, events, etc) being a huge reason I like my points. I said I wanted more!

Nope, haven't purchased in awhile. I haven't spoke with my guide for a few months either. I guess it was just luck of the draw

Yes! I specifically said I loved the Sorcerer Pass discount, but it would be nice to have direct DVC perks that aren't identical to the AP

No, mine were very different I recently condensed my four use years into two use years so I had a handful of resale transactions. The beginning of the survey acknowledged those transactions (a tad big brother creepy) and then the whole survey was asking me about my resale experience. What I look for in a resale broker … why I buy resale over direct … do I have any plans in the near future to buy direct. Do I care about the direct perks. How many times did I use each contract before I sold it. How recently did I stay on the contracts I sold. It kind of felt like a fishing expedition, so I just wrote look at the use years, there’s nothing nefarious going on here.
