New Member Services Operating Hours

For more convenience and to better serve Members, Disney Vacation Club Member Services is changing its operating hours to a full, regular 7-day schedule. This change will take place in two phases.

Effective late December 2007, Member Services will increase its Saturday hours and remove Thursday's late hours. Sunday hours will then be added beginning in early 2008.

New Operating Hours as of Sunday, Dec 30, 2007
Mon - Sat 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. ET

New Operating Hours as of Sunday, Feb 3, 2008
7 days a week (Sun - Sat) 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. ET

Member Services representatives can be reached at (800) ******** to assist you with a variety of needs such as account assistance and vacation

Maybe this will help make up for the fact that many options on the website seem to rarely work anymore (given up on paying my dues online).

I hope that this make it easier to call in. Monday mornings are always a loooong wait on the phont.

This will certainly make those day by day reservations easier if they are open 7 days a week. Not to be the wet blanket, but I hope this doesn't significantly impact our dues to have people 7 days a week.

I have called on Sat. and that was fine. I tried to call this past sunday and the recording sent me to the emergency numbers for each resort and to call on Monday. Strange, I thought.
