I just talked to a reliable DVC CM, & I wanted to let everyone know the new DVC Member Satisfaction Manager is Carli D"Agostino. Welcome Carli!!

Is that what Jackie's title was? Welcome Carli (who probably reads these boards sometimes).

Jackie was the Member Satisfaction Manager. Towards the end of last year she got another position within DVC. When ther MSM became vacant earlier this year, she took it temporarily while still doing her new work. I suspect she will be glad to get back to her job!
