New DTD quick service has gluten free

Just wanted to mention an article in the Orlando Sentinel about the new quick-service Latin restaurant to open this fall at Downtown Disney. Pollo Campero will feature salads and sandwiches as well as sugar-free, gluten-free, low-sodium, and organic foods. Looks like these options will be on the menu without anyone needing to worry if they can be prepared.---Kathy
