New dog -- help me name him!

I like Copper too, that is cute. I think that is my favorite.

I also like Mowgli (from Jungle Book), Oliver, Quincy, Montgomery (Monty for short), Russ or Rusty.

How about Tod or Copper from Fox and the Hound? Meeko is the Raccoon from Pocahontas, btw.

Since I am not up to speed on the characters Copper and Meeko, can you tell me a little something about their personalities? I have not seen the Fox and the Hound (gasp) and can not remember what the racoon was like in Pocahontas.

These are really cute names, but I like to have a "story" behind the name. It's kinda fun when people ask, "What is your dog's name" and I am able to give them a name and some cute story (or meaning) behind it. Thanks!

Meeko was a cute raccoon that got into everything. Tod was the fox and Copper the dog. Copper was such a sweet puppy.

If he is redish I say name him Sebastian like the lobster from the Little Mermaid.
If you want to name him after Disney how about Sidney its Disney with the letters mixed up.

Though I loved all of your names, Meeko won. Since he gets into everything just to be playful, yep, that sounded like the logical name.
