New Disney Visa Movie Screening Coming

Checked out the Disney Visa movie screening page and they are showing The Incredibles on Sat. Oct. 30. It says to come back Oct. 4th for locations and to sign up.

We saw the preview for this when we were at the screening for Princess Diaries 2 and I personally think it looks stupid. Of course maybe boys would like it?

There is also a note that another movie will be offered after that and has the link. It has Nicolas Cage in it and is more adult oriented. I cant remember the name! National something?...it starts end of November at theaters.

The Incredibles is made by Pixar, who also made the Toy Story movies, Monsters Inc. and Finding Nemo. The director/writer of the movie is the same guy who made Iron Giant and did some work on the Simpsons years ago. My boys love all the Pixar movies, but the oldest still says that Finding Nemo is too scary (he's four). I'm hoping the Incredibles will be kinder, gentler super heroes. I'm not really thrilled with Spiderman, the Hulk, and Power Rangers.

Did anyone go to the Princess Diaries II in Chicago? I am wondering where it was held. Anyone?

Assuming there was only one Chicago showing, we attended the Princess Diaries II at the Village Crossing theatres in Skokie.

Thanks Sheri - I am half way between Milwaukee & Chicago, so last time I chose Milwaukee, but Skokie is actually closer for me.
