This is very common with Chase. Most people aren’t automatically approved. There’s a post from yesterday showing what you need to do if you want a faster decision.Ok, so you guys talked me into it. lol

I feel like people knew right away, if they were approved or not.
Sorry for the delay—I was able to buy the Star Wars tickets from a browser on my phone launched by my Disneyland app, and it let me use ApplePay, where I had already linked my card.hmmmm... I'd like to make my upcoming Wish cruise into a B2B. So you had the card number right away so you could use it to buy the Star Wars tickets?
Inspire card (see above)— if you go into MDE can you pay off the package with applepay? I know most WDW payments in the app CAN use Apple Pay.Did you use the gift card or new Inspire card? If Inspire, how did you get complete card number? Our pckg payment is due tomorrow and hoping to be able to put on new Inspire card![]()
This reminded me I still don’t think I received the gift card. Anybody else with a referral not get it within 36 hours?noreply@mail.disneygiftcard.com is where GC came from. When you say upgraded did you do a fresh application to open this as a new account? Or contact Chase directly? That may be the difference.
I got that message when I applied online, and I thought it was because of applying online instead of calling. However, today my DH received an email addressed to me, basically reminding me that I have my credit accounts locked. Why it went to his email address instead of mine I have no idea, but tomorrow I’ll have to call to unlock my credit file and then call Chase to tell them I did it, so they can finish my application. We bank with Chase and have multiple credit cards with them, so it surprised me that they need to check my credit file!Ok, so you guys talked me into it. lol

If your player 2 has the no fee Disney card or the $49 fee Premier card they can refer you and get the referral bonus. The referral goes with the Disney card family similar to the Chase UR cards. So there's no way to get this card through a P2 referral unless you already have the card? I tried going through my Sapphire and Ink cards but they only refer to themselves unlike AMEX.
There are all kinds of different reasons that people don't get approved right away. You can always call and try to talk to someone to move it along. Do you have your credit frozen?Ok, so you guys talked me into it. lol

Sadly, don’t know how to get the full account number yet.

I wasn't approved right away either. I even received an email from Chase Credit Journey about a lender recently checked my credit report. A few minutes after that I received a phone call from a 1-888 number. When I answered, it was the Chase fraud department asking if I recently applied for a new credit card. I said yes and answered a few security questions (email confirmation and phone number, I think), I was put on hold, then a minute later I was approved and the egift card was emailed to me.Ok, so you guys talked me into it. lol

I unlocked my credit file online, then called the number in Chase’s email, and shortly afterwards I was enabling my new Inspire card for Apple Pay and transferring the $300 from the e-DGC to a physical card.tomorrow I’ll have to call to unlock my credit file and then call Chase to tell them I did it, so they can finish my application.
I had that when I applied and I called to check my status the same day and was told I was rejected because of 5/24.Ok, so you guys talked me into it. lol

Do you get the 3% bonus when you buy Disney gift cards? If so, how do you do it?I was able to book my cruise.
I saw somewhere online that I could buy Disney gift cards on my iphone and would be able to use Apple Pay. I had already linked the new card to my Apple Pay and made it my default card.
