Just wondering but when the resorts make all these edible decorations for xmas like the chocolate carousel at BWI, the ginger bread houses in GF, etc what do they do with it after the holidays? Do guest get to eat them or do they just throw them out? What?

Wow thats beautiful! I wouldnt mind having that in my home either! Dont like that color though. I would want a wooden one, like cherry wood, but one that looks like that cabinet. :thumbsup2

I'm pretty sure they throw them away. After sitting out as long as they have (parts of the displays are started way back in the summer months), I'm sure they aren't fit to eat. I can't imagine working that long on something just to watch it get thrown out! But I guess if you're a pastry chef you're used to your creations getting eaten or thrown away.

Here's a picture of our room at Christmas time 2004 ( notice Christmas tree and bag that was left on our door handle Christmas morning filled with goodies) only at Disney.

Do you only get the tree and bag if ur there on xmas morning? Obviously u were able to keep what was in the bag. Were you able to keep the tree to? What was on the tree? What was in the bag?
