Yes, the Riviera Resort. It will be connected by the new Skyliner to two parks, EPCOT & HS.

So 2 new DVC properties that we know of so far. Others are rumored but probably years away.

Cash reservations for Riviera can be made now for its opening in December. DVC members should be able to book on points some time this spring. But there isn't even a points chart available yet.
