As a reference, I did not use the paypal offer, my GC order charged on 11/21, the chase credit appeared 11/24. When you look at your chase offers, does it show the GC offer as redeemed?

No, it sure doesn't. My purchase was on 11/16, and the charge shows PayPal on the statement, so I think I lost on that gamble. It's still good for 4 more days (the 5%), but there's no great offer to combine with currently. (Cap1 shopping gave me 7% back in addition to PayPal points, so I can't complain. That deal is over, though.)

The new terms state “Limited to one Eligible Purchase…”, so I’m guessing that anyone that has already utilized this promo has reached the limit.

So I took it to mean this promo is not available anymore for the 20% back regardless of if you reached the limit or not. Pay in 4 is still a thing but not the 20% back. Am I assuming correctly or am I wrong here?

I dont think PayPal thought crazy Disney people would jump into numerous purchases for multiple transactions. My 3x purchases still tracking for 112,500 points...

I got a Target 360 bonus today for $30 in rewards with a $295 purchase. Expires December 1. That's a little better than 10% back, plus the 5% Target card discount brings it to 15% on a $300 GC purchase. I just don't know if I want to pull the trigger right now.

Just coming here to report this! It's $10 off any purchase of $100 or more. The $150 card (well, 3X$50) is $141.99, so with the $10 of it puts it at $131.99. That's about a 12% savings. The $100 and a $25 card come to $108.48 after the $10 off, for a savings of about 13% (if my math's correct... haven't had my coffee yet...). $10 off ends at 11:50pm ET today.
