NEW Disney Gift Card Deals and More

I’m looking for $1000.00 or $500.00 discounted Disney gift cards. The most I’ve found so far is $100 cards.
Do places like BJs, Target’s only do this at certain times of the year?
The Target discount is 5% off if you pay with your RedCard. They haven’t run a special on DGCs in years.

Target 5% is year round. If you time it right and you're lucky enough to get a good Target bonus, you could earn extra Target Circle rewards, which you can't redeem for more gift cards but you can use for merchandise you otherwise would have had to pay for. Our Target rewards earned from DGC purchases paid for our kids' back to school supplies.

Thank you for the new thread!

I have a request - is there a way to put the date an ongoing post (post #1, #2, etc.) was updated at the top of the post? Or to highlight any changes? I'm trying to figure out whether the best way to find a new deal that's relevant to me is by reading post #1 every day or by reading the new posts in the thread as often as I can.

The bottom right notes the time and date each post was last edited so I would copy a link to the next post and save it if looking for quick access as a glimpse up will give you the info. (This is a DIS feature, any edited posted will display this info.)

I don't believe anyone sells $1000 gift cards unless they're of the variable load type and variable load gift cards do not get discounts afaik.

BJ's currently has a $500 DGC on sale for $475.49 (check the first post for prices on other denominations) - https://www.bjs.com/product/500-disney-gift-card/3000000000000964090

This combines nicely with any credit card cashback you have already, so if lets say you have a 2% cashback card, you would save an additional $9.50.

But that price is set to expire today.

Other than that, I'm not aware of any other large denomination discounts. Target Circle Card of course always gives you 5% off or $475 but no additional credit card cashback.

Don't forget you can combine cards together using Disneygiftcard.com - so if you bought 5x $100 gift cards for a larger discount, you could combine them together into a $500 gift card. It is an extra step, but sometimes worth it!

Better deals are likely to pop up as we approach the holidays though.

Meijer mPerks offers $10 off a purchase of $150 or more in Visa gift cards. You must "clip" the deal to add it to your account before buying. I cannot recall with confidence the service fee for their variable Visa gift cards, but I think it's $6.95, so you still finish about three bucks ahead along with any other perks/cash back that may be available for Meijer purchases. This deal goes through August 31.

I have been pretty disappointed that neither Discover or Chase have offered 5% off warehouse clubs as their rotating discount so far this year. Still have the 4th quarter, so hoping one of them comes through at least.

BJ's has $500 for around $475.99 right now.

$500 is the max gc you can get. Both Target & BJ's sell $500 dgc

Sam's Club also has $500 Disney gift card, but I don't have membership there anymore so I can't tell you the price.

For those who have the Amex Paypal offer for $5 back, what has everyone been using it on? Someone on doc suggested buying a $5 Target gift card in the app - has anyone tried that and gotten the credit as the official terms of the offer say it excludes gift cards.

I bought two $100 prepaid Visa during Kroger 4xc fuel using 5% Grocery Chase Bonus. I also used this coupon "Buy 2x $100 Visa or Mastercard gift cards & Get $8 Off".

At another store, I bought 14 cartons of eggs (Pasture raised, organic, non-GMO). There was also a coupon "Spend $50, Get $10 Off" and I paid $3.03 per carton with the prepaid Visa.
That's a lot of eggs my friends, 168
I'm freezing them as that's an awesome price in my area.

I see Costco has $7 Off per package on top sirloin. Last year I bought several packages when they were $8 Off per package.
I froze and canned those but could use more for this winter and spring. Has anyone had issues using prepaid Visa at Costco in warehouse - recently?

In my area the sirloins are $8.99 per pound, I think the range is between $30-$40 per package, so in this scenario, size matters :poop: Go small to get the biggest bang!

@FoxC63-you've certainly cornered the egg market and it sounds like you know what to do with them 😎

I’m a solo resident but still fill my stand alone freezer with items I use throughout the year. At the moment I’m taking advantage of summer produce to stock up on side dishes. On this end, Aug thru Sept is a great time to buy meat roasts so just waiting for pounce time.
