Can someone explain how I get the circle reward from Target? I have an offer that says $15 if I spend $135. So I activated the offer and just made a Disney gift card purchase over $135. Will the $15 come automatically or do I need to do anything else? Can the $15 reward be applied towards more Disney gift cards? It may take a day for the Circle reward to post. You cannot use it for more gift cards.

You can’t use towards more gift cards. What I did last year and plan to do this year is build rewards up for Christmas shopping. It cut down my cost a lot! Another option is for items for your trip. Sunscreen, baggies, a grocery order once there, etc.

We're saving our rewards for items for our trip also! We drive to WDW so we're going to stop by a Target before we get to Port Orleans French Quarter and pick up some fruit and water for the room, along with baggies and other supplies

That is strange. I just tried it and you can check your balance the same way it always worked. Maybe the sight was having issues for a little while? Try it again, and see if it is working now.

DoorDash now sells 3rd party gift cards, and they have a number of gift cards on sale for 15% off, including some of the zift brand cards that can exchange for gift card at Amazon and other places. Valid thru February 14 and limited to 2 gift cards per account, maximum discount of $20 each. (Basically buy a $133 gift card to max out this deal).

Wow I was actually able to use one of those stupid Amex Gift cards to get the card through Door Dash. I did $115 value for $97.75, to leave some cushion for an authorization (so I have a tiny balance left on the card) but it worked! I got an error message, but saw they took the value from the Amex. I figured I would have to argue with Door Dash because it never pushed the order through, but then I got a text that I have a card, and I have redeemed it for Amazon. so I got a nice value for my $100 Amex Gift card.

Went to Home Depot a few days ago and was surprised the cashier asked for my ID/Driver's license when I proceeded to pay for my items with a HD GC. WTH? I said no, and he said it would not go through unless I gave it to him. Um, no again, let's just test your theory. It went through just fine. It was less than $50 bucks. I asked if there was a limit and he said nope, it's anytime you use a HD gc. Seriously stupid.

I understand if I were buying large sums of any third party gift cards but I wasn't. I was buying merchandise. Just merchandise. When did this all change?

I suspect the store manager has mixed up the policy with merchandise return cards. That’s their policy on merch return cards and the person redeeming is ID checked to make sure it was issued to them. There is no way to check verify the ID of the gc purchaser.

Regarding the Doordash gift card offer...they have now changed it so you only get the 15% discount if you have Dashpass... otherwise it is now only 5%.

I posted awhile back that I had 2 Amex offers that had not credited, one the Pepper offer that I completed on November 29 and one for NJ Transit that I completed on December 7. I am happy to report that both of them finally credited, both on February 8. So it seems like the Amex system must go back at the end (in this case 2 months later) and credit the offers that the system missed.
