NEW Disney Gift Card Deals and More.

If you’re not using Capital One Shopping, you NEED TO BE! I’ve used it as my portal of choice almost exclusively the past year or so because they frequently email special boosted offers 8 - 24 hours after I visit a website in their app and browse a bit without buying. Their standard rates are competitive, but those emailed offers are where the real $$ is if you can be patient. Case in point, yesterday they sent me a 10% back offer for Giftcards dot com that CAN be stacked with the 10% DGC discount, so I just went in for $1500 at a cost of ~$1360 after shipping. I should get ~$130 back from Cap1 (which usually tracks fine for me via the app on my phone — but I take screenshots in case).
Thanks! If only I hadn’t bought so much already…!

I did download the app so I can be ready in the future and am now trying to manage my FOMO.

Are you getting those offers by simply using the app for C1 shopping? Someone else got outstanding offers with a chrome extension, but I haven't ever seen anything good...however, I did just realize I had the marketing emails toggled off, so maybe that will help.
For Disney GCs, I did just buy a few more $500 cards on 'GCscom' with the 10% discount and Chase offer, etc. I knew I'd kick myself if I didn't. It's definitely still working and $500 x 2 seemed to be my best option.

Do you have to pay using your capital one card?

Alrighty friends,

Post #2 has been updated. I'm off until Jan 4, 2025. From here on out, I will not be updating Post #2, that ends today. I've got too much on my plate with the new homestead. I'll still be here from time to time so please PM your Data Points and I'll add those to Post #2.

Reminder, we still need volunteers to sign up and help, without it this thread will go back to flipping pages just to find offers. Talk about time consuming! One hour a day, once a week is all we need. If you would like to help, please contact the following DealVengers:

:santa: I wish you and yours a very Merry Christmas & prosperous New Year.
Thank you for helping me and my family including my pups save so much money over the years! You are all so amazing. :grouphug:

Not directed towards you @bbsearchlight but a heads up for newbies:

On the promotion page where they show images of all the gift cards on sale as seen below:
View attachment 922437
Giftcards .com removed their brand gc yesterday from the line up, that's the indication the sale is over, if using the link shown on Post #2546 I can see the confusion. It is weird how they do that. Notice on Post #2 I don't list any other links, not even to Disney because giftcards .com has been known to pull offers prior to their expiration.

Again, the way to verify what is on sale is by using the Direct link on Post #2:

Giftcards .com DP Direct link
  • Save up to 20% on Select Gift Cards with various Promo Codes
    • Includes Disney and several brands not previously listed.
    • All codes are one-time use and cannot be combined with other offers.

What was weird is when I went to their main page the offer was still being promoted with a banner for the card. When I selected the card, it also showed the banner with the promo showing. It wasn't until I clicked through to the payment screen that the promo didn't apply. I honestly just assumed that I had done something wrong, which is the usual problem, lol.

I didn't realize the offer was subject to 'while supplies last' and could disappear anytime. Thanks for everything and enjoy your time off from Dis.

@Tiggr88

When I bought other gc mid-day yesterday, I noticed the giftcard .com offer was no longer displayed on the promotion page. You posted your Q. at 11:36pm last night. Before posting my response at 12:32am I still didn't see it, that's why I posted what I did.

I still think that site is a bit slimy especially how they leave the banner up as if the offer is still valid. Reminds me of bait & switch, maybe that's not the right term but I'm sure you get what I'm saying. What is that term?

The other issue I've had with them and posted about maybe a year ago, was after I made purchases there I would end up getting weird emails from unknown users. Something to the effect, click now for your free XXXXX or click now for your order. I only received this nonsense after using giftcard .com.

All offers no matter who is selling should be considered While supplies last. We (DealVengers) no longer add that phrase as it's written in the fine details of any given offer. Going forward, you and All, should really keep an eye on those details. Read, read and read, don't just follow what everyone else is doing.

I was just wondering if anyone had seen their orders go to complete or mailed from Giftcards.com for the physical Disney cards? I ordered some last night and my order is still in fulfillment initiated status. I was going to order some more but wanted to see if there were any confirmations of orders fulfilled and mailed first. Apologies if someone has already posted that here and I missed it.

Also, can I order more than once with the same email address as a guest? I thought I saw the GCWEEK10 might be a single use code but I also so people had done more than one order. Did that require a second email address?

I ordered 2 $500 and 1 $100 cards last night for a total of $1100 in gift cards that cost $998.75 after the $110 discount and $8.75 shipping.

Can I make another $1100 today for the same result? And could I make another with the same email or a different email?

I ask because I have 3 egift.com chase offers of a max of $50 each, so doing three transactions allows me to stack all three of them to chase offers by using different cards.

If anyone has any thought if there is a way to do this I would appreciate it.

I would at least try, what might work for someone else may not work for you. Some here are able to buy waaay beyond the limit. We've seen this happen with Best Buy. If you need those GC I would buy them. Clear your history, maybe try incognito but at least try. Once you get the confirmation email, hold for a day then request for help the next day.

I ordered a few physical DGC from GC over the past few days and it did take a few days but now all orders are updated to shipped (or "fulfilled" as it shows in the account). First of them is scheduled to arrive on Monday.

I have shipping confirmation emails on most of my DGC orders from giftcards dotcom. I don’t have any in my possession yet though.

If I were you, I would just try it with the same account and see what happens. You can use the gcweek10 coupon multiple times before it stops working.

I did another order of $1100 with the same email address tonight and it seems to have gone through. Both this order and yesterday's are still showing status initiated so I will monitor the status.

I think I will stop now. I have a fair amount in Disney gift cards with AP's paid for the year already and no trips planned yet. I also often stay at the Swan/Dolphin/Reserve and cant use the GCs there so I'd rather not have too much more than I need. Too much risk that I have an issue with the cards if I keep them too long. I usually order closer to a trip so I don't have to worry about it, but 15% was kind of hard to pass up. Who knows, maybe I'll change my mind later tonight and get some more.

Thanks again to everybody for helping me understand the process.
