I saw the Rapunzel one in person and I can't lie, I'm not thrilled by it. It looks much better as concept art, IMO.

It's Rapunzel's dress. Disney fairy-tale exclusive. Only sold by a select few companies/stores. Best place to go an try it on would be at an Alfred Angelo as they are the only big retailer allowed to sell.

If you like this dress you may also want to try on Aurora and Tiana. They both are a one shoulder fitted dress (Aurora's not as fitted as the others)
