What is the disney visa discount?

go to mousesavers.com and it has a good explaination of it. It's a discount that was available to Disney Visa card holders that now has been open to the public. It is for the Magic Your Way packages only I believe. There can be some substancial savings. It is for check-ins 10/01/06-12/23/06.
