New dining suggestions?

I've been to Disney over 9 times and I always make the same dining reservations. I am looking for suggestions for new dining experiences. It can be QS, TS, Fine Dining or a dinner show. I am traveling with my husband, our 2 boys (8 and 11) and my parents-in-law. We are all adventurous eaters. For example my kids favourite foods are sushi and seafood. We are staying at the Polynesian in March 2018.

These are the restaurants I have been to in the past. I highlighted the ones I booked again for my upcoming trip:
At MK: CP (Breakfast), CRT (lunch), LTT (lunch), BOG (lunch), ColumbiaHH (QS), Casey's corner (QS)
At Epcot: Via Napoli (dinner), ARBH (breakfast), Biergaten (lunch), Chefs de France (dinner), HaciendaDSA (dinner), Le Cellier (lunch), R&C (lunch), QS around the world showcase
At AK: TH (breakfast), FTBBQ (QS), Y&Y (dinner), Tiffins (drinks)
At HS: 50's PT (Lunch /dinner), Sci FI (lunch/dinner), H&V (breakfast)
Off property: Kona CAfe (breakfast/dinner), Ohana' (dinner), California Grill (dinner), Boma (dinner), WCC (breakfast), V&A (dinner).

Any new suggestion?

Places you might try if you are adventurous:
MK - Skipper Canteen TS
EP - Spice Road Table TS, Tangeriene Cafe QS,
AK - Yak & Yeti TS, Tiffins TS, Sulii Canteen QS
HS - Nothing overly adventurous available.
Disney Springs - Morimoto TS, Earl of Sandwich QS (not adventurous, but so tasty)
Resorts - Sanaa TS, The Wave (not adventurous but good) and maybe Grand Floridian Cafe TS (also not adventurous but good)

Any new suggestion?

-- Capa, inside Four Seasons, serves 'small plate' tapas.
-- BlueZoo is best seafood at Disney.
-- Gospel brunch at House of Blues
-- Brunch at CA Grill - you can return later for fireworks.

We are going to try some new places as well for this trip. This is what I came up with so far.

MK: We are trying Pecos Bill's this time.
Epcot: We are trying out Coral Reef, I think my grandson's will like the tanks!
AK: We are trying Satu'li Canteen
HS: We are trying Mama Melrose, I've seen reviews and they are good, the steak dish looks so good!

Off Property: 1900 Park Fare, Raglan Road(we have been before, it's a must do now)

I've heard great things about Homecomin' in DS. We're trying it our next trip, along with the Polite Pig (QS).

I agree with the previous mention of the Gospel Brunch at House of Blues too. We did this at Disneyland two years ago, and it was fabulous!

Citricos at the GF. The Wave at CR. Whispering Canyon Cafe at WL. Sunshine Seasons at Epcot. 1900 Park Fare at the GF. Sleepy Hollow in MK. All are very good! Enjoy!
