The HoJo Entertainment rates are like a big old Christmas package. I can't seem to stop shaking it, just hoping to see my dates.

My family has never stayed at HOJO. We usually stay at Desert Inn because it is so close to the park. How close is Hojo? We need somewhere close. We are walking. Thanks!

Our dates are still not there yet.. But we are gonna wait to book a hotel until about a month or less before our trip.

HoJo is about a 7-10 min. walk depending on how many are in your party and your walking speed. Also, to get this time you need to take the "shortcut" across Harbor at Manchester walking down the opposite side as everyone else. Once you hit the bus stop you cut to the right thru the shuttle/bus lot and right up to security. If you walk down the other side of Harbor with everyone else it can take about 15 min.

My suggestion would be to book your dates ASAP. Don't wait till the month before, because the rooms reserved at the Ent rate do sell out. You can always cancel before the cancellation deadline, if your plans change. If your dates show up as Ent rates when they are released, you can call them, and they will change your reservation to the lower rate. If they don't come up, you can have a backup booking elsewhere-- or just keep them and you'll still get 15% online discount. Keep in mind you have to call IN HOUSE reservations to get the Ent rate; the HoJo national reservations line don't know squat about it.

Thanks for this heads up. I was able to get three of my five days under the entertainment rate.
Now just need to wait till February.

Keep checking back....they will add more dates! We went in July and they opened the dates literally a week before we went....not even a week really, we saw them up on Sunday and we left that Wednesday night! LOL Keep checking....

Well I do know that Dec. 5th is all booked up and so HOJO might not work for us at all since we will be there 2nd to 10th... But, I will probably book there and if need to cancel if the rate doesnt come up.
