New Cruise illness cited.....

OMG, "one year" from today, bless you child!!!

Andy

I have it. But we are in triple digits. In fact we are one day less than a year, so now I can say it is less than a year away. I really do need to spend less time on these boards and more time working before I lose my job. Of course if I lose my job, I would have more time to spend on the board. ;) But the job does help pay for cruising. What is a girl supposed to do?

I've got close to 300 days...52ish weeks and ...1 WHOLE year!

And this entire time I am stuck in a class that I have to pass...Our cruise is my reward for a job well done...Disney planning keeps me going! Makes it all worth it in the end!

And you know what-if you arent excited-there is something wrong with you!

Whats so funny? Honesty...what can I tell you-it usually gets me into trouble

We booked our cruise at almost exactly one year ahead... And, you know what.... The anticipation and planning is a big part of the fun!!!! I wouldn't wish that away!!! Don't think I would want a cure for PCS.... (Pre Cruise Syndrome)!!!! :p

And, can't believe how fast the time is passing... WooooHoooo!!!! :Pinkbounc

I have a confession to make...I am one of the original persons infected with this insidious disease, and I have done my best to spread it to as many people as possible.
In addition to the physical symptoms, there is a strong psychological component that compels me to maintain single digit status by continually booking more and more cruises. I started my website to help spread this unrelenting illness to an unsuspected public. Most people think I do it out of a desire to help others, but nothing could be farther from the truth...if I have to suffer, I'm taking as many people as possible with me. :jester: :jester: :jester: :jester: :jester:
My poor husband, who never wanted to cruise in his life, was my first victim.:teeth:

You probably couldn't begin to count the number of people that you have infected with this MAGICal and WONDERful illness!!!

Being only 3 weeks away from leaving I was afraid to read this post. thought I should to see if there was really anything to worry about.

What a hoot!!!!! I think that I have most of the symptoms. First thing I do after the shower in the a.m. with my 1st cup of coffee is to sit on the bed, and power up my laptop. Have to check out this site.

Working many long hours Jan. thru April 15th, I must admit that there were times that I only did it every 4 to 5 days. Now, it's a few times a day!!!!!

Thanks for the laughs, and I know that I am not alone.

Where in MA are you from?

Donna

Ok - I have the illness too - but I think mine is a little more severe. I do not have a trip scheduled (yet) - it has been six months since we were on the cruise.

I cannot stop thinking about the cruise. Travel channel last week - just about through me overboard.

HELP ME.:bounce:

Jeanne,

My first reaction---

Then I read your post---
:jester: :Pinkbounc :) :jester: :Pinkbounc :)

That was too funny!!! And well worth the lost ironing time... ;)

I do have one ?......... Is it safe for us to do the Single Digit Dance while holding a hot iron????
I think maybe I should just stop now and save the rest for the ships ironing and pressing crew!?!?!?!
I mean they need their job right???? And I would just be supporting the world economy! Right?!?!?!?!

:jester: :jester: :jester: :jester: :jester:

See you VERY SOON!!!!

This is way tooo funny. I also, don't have another booked yet, but I can't stay off the cruise board, especially after all the fun I had on my First Disney cruise. I will plan one soon. I have to move, and find a job. Then I can vacation. Altho I think a trip to Port Canaveral would not be out of line, since it will only be an hour drive. I do wish I was suffering tho from SDD again. At least I have Rae and Andy's 50th cruise to look forward too.!!
