Sorry, but aren't these the same ones that have been around for years?

I saw a thong type below, but what would make people want to buy these? They look like Merrell's, Nike, Aerosole, Ked's, Reef's, Teva, etc. and I don't see the attraction for a plastic shoe.

I tried Crocs on and did not find them comfortable (besides not being attractive). I don't get the big buzz about these shoes. They remind me of garden clogs.

The new ones are Chubb, Hydro, Off-Road, and Scutes. Does anyone own a pair?
