You guys will appreciate this: I was at the Commissary today and as I walked by the Depends I see a coupon. I grabbed it and stuck it in my folder, then was asked by my Dh: WHY are you pickiing up that coupon? I told him: Rosalie's grandma uses Depends. DH: Who's Rosalie? Me: That's EnglishRose--on the coupon train. DH: Me:

Denise I am in the comissary all the time and see the greatest coupons but they say military only or something like that. Will other stores (CVS) accept them as well? Please Please say yes

You know, I will have to check on that. I might have accidentally used a military only coupon off base, but I try not to. I just don't want the manufacturers stop doing military coupons so I don't try. The one I picked up there yesterday was just one someone left on the shelf!
