We sat on the back patio and talked to our neighbor on her patio last night, It was nice.

I am happy that our weather is getting warmer and not windy, so our walks can be pleasant.

Not the best night for sleep. Worries and pain kept me awake, but I used some of DH’s cream and it helped.

I think an exercise was causing the problem. I cannot see my doctor for awhile, but I will not do that particular one. Maybe I had done it incorrectly.
