New construction ?

On my last visit to WDW Oct 2005, I noticed a new road being cut onBeuna Vista Drive. It was on the right just after CSR before Blizzard Beach. With all the talk about the billboard and a new DVC I was wondering if anyone else has seen this or knows what it is about . I will be back for another stay at SSR in 25 days and will take a ride by to take another look.

I think they are just redoing the entrance to BB. They are still working on that entrance as of this past weekend. No sign of any construction going on there except for the redesign of the entrance.
