New conditions if buying resale

I think I read an article in one of the many disney type emails I get that if you buy from a resale after March you will not be allowed to use Concierge location bookings.

I wish I saved the email but it is already deleted. Very interesting news

There are a number of very long threads on the new resale restrictions here on the boards - just look down the boards a page or two for very long threads, I'm sure you'll find them. The hubbub has actually pretty much died down now - you should have been around a week or two ago!

yes there has been many threads about this.

Any new contract(resale) that are submitted for ROFR after 3/20 will not have the benefits of booking DCL...concierge etc.

Any past resale contracts purchased or new ones that go through before 3/20 will have all of the same benefits as a direct purchased contract.
