New codes - limit on # rooms I can book?

I got the email today about the 40% off for certain dates, and booked a couple of rooms at AK Lodge for November. I actually need 3 rooms (one for my in-laws) but only booked two because the in-laws aren't 100% sure they can make it.

After a while I decided to call back to add a 3rd room and was told that with the code, that there is a limit of only two rooms that can be booked.

Is that true, or was this just that particular service rep trying to do his own thing?

An update...

called to see if I could add a 3rd room, and told that I should have only been able to book one room in the first place.

That could explain why the very first CM had trouble entering in the information for the 2nd room. But then again, the 2nd CM I talked to said that I could book no more than 2 rooms.

Has anyone booked more than 1 room using the code?

I was able to book 2. I called to check on a third and was told I could but I didn't need to after all. Both rooms were for the same dates same type of room tickets and dining. I have to be with the other party when they check in because the code was issued to me.
