Last night was pretty standard at the gym. Moderate to higher intensity on the elliptical followed by upper body day. I had to take it easy with my left shoulder/delt. I had a half marathon on Sunday and I think my form was off later on in the race. I was fighting off getting sick from the smell of low tide and was probably hunching a bit in the process. I've had pain around that shoulder ever since. As a result, I split my lifting on a couple of machines to lift lighter weights on the left side and normal on the right. i.e. get it moving but ease it back into the swing of things.
