to the poster who asked about discounts for the GF...I did ask about that as well. There were some, but I didn't see the savings as good because they fell during the reg. season, and we are in the value season with a AAA rate.

I just got off the phone and was able to use the CCF code for my room-only reservation for 11/25-12/1. She mentioned the CCE code and price compared them both but I don't know what the difference was. Overall we got the room for $69/night versus the original $82/night. Every little bit helps!

Just a question...we have the package code booked right now at All Star Sports from 12/14 (Fri) - 12/17 (Mon). We were hoping to stay at Pop Century if it came out cheaper than what we have now. Our current price for the three nights is 351.78 (which includes two one day base tickets). Since the website seems to be down, should I bother calling or is what we have the best we can do? Thanks!

I am such a visible person, I like to book online so I can SEE everything laid out for me to make sure I have it right and compare the numbers. For some reason, booking on the phone scares me that they will enter something wrong or whatever. Plus it is harder to play around to see the difference at different resorts and such.

Yeah, I tried too....When I clicked on the special offer, it didn't even give you the option to book it online.....it just read call or talk to your TA....i feel like by the time the site works, all the good deals will be gone!!! I wish they would get it together! I'm ready to do my planning!!!!!!!

I just got off the phone with a castmember who made it very clear that they weren't going to try to offer any help unless you give all the exact info needed. I figured the rates wouldn't help us as our stay is 11/16 and 11/17 at WL (Fri & Sat) before heading to OKW, but I thought It was worth a try. Oh, well.

I must have had that same CM or one similar. I said I was calling to see if a discount might have been released that would apply to my ressie and the CM said she wouldn't tell me unless I had the code! Thanks to you DISers I did.

The Disney website is showing deals on the Villas. But I can't find which resorts are discounted for the 1 bdrm and 2 bdrms. Anyone know?

The code is CCE for the phone, CCF online (but it doesn't appear that the website is accepting online ressies right now).

I called CRO around 11:30 and talked to an extremely friendly and helpful CM. I inquired about Deluxes for Dec. 9-13. These were the options I was given:

AKL Std 174
BC Water 344
BC Std 274
WL Ctyd 229
SSR Studio 164
SSR 1 Bdrm Villa 255

Sadly, there was nothing at Poly , so I took the 1 Bdrm Villa, but now I'm considering changing to AKL or WL to save more $$$!!!

I called and the CM put me on hold for several minutes and wasn't friendly at all. I wanted to see if I could use the code to save some $ on the package I just paid off for Nov. 11-16. She came back and told me there wasn't anything available for the room category I booked (Garden View at the Poly) and was rather short with me. She said the only availability was at WL, AKL and CBR. I wish she would've elaborated because possibly I would've switched resorts if the savings was good enough but she didn't stay on the line long enough to give me that info.

I just got off the phone with a CM too. I'm a little confused. Let me give a little background. I called the other day inquiring about the discount code that ended yesterday that we weren't able to use. I was given a price, without any discounts, of $1044.08. When I called today and used the ZUF code for the same exact dates as before, I was quoted a price of $1059.78. I don't understand how the regular price from 2 days ago is cheaper than that discounted price today?

I have 2 more questions:

1. How do you book online and use a discount code?

2. How do you get a AAA discount? When I called the other day to get a quote from our local AAA office, the AAA price was the same as the Disney price.

I just booked Pop for 13 nights using the CCE code. My CM was very helpful.

I got the $69/ per night rate.

I had a room only for 11/3 - 11/10 for POFQ $1299, I called and applied code CCF and was quoted $1028. I saved $271.

I was gonna call, but it seems the 40% code i already have on my existing ressie ($129.00 @ 7 nights at AKL) is much better than the new code. Plus the 1 night i'm paying rack rate for ($82 at ASMo) is not included in the dates of the code. Oh well.....

Has anyone gotten a better price doing the package code (just came out) or keeping the package code that just ended?Can you still add the meals (I know you pay for them) to this new package? We have 2 rooms booked at POFQ for Nov 27-Dec.3rd with 5 adults and 1 child and the meal plan with AAA and was just wondering if this would save us any money.Thanks.

I am currently booked at CSR 12/8 - 12/15 with the special that expired yesterday; 2A, 8-Day Expiring Park Hopper, DDP: current total = $1,860. Just for grins, I called about the current special for the exact same time period. CSR wasn't available, but POR was; Room only rate for all 7 nights was $882.; Exact same package as above was $2,082.

No soup for me.

Thanks for posting that rate. I think I understand now why I was quoted $210 for our BCV reservation. SSR and OKW are less expensive than BCV so I guess that's the lowest rate they're talking about.

$210 is a huge savings off rack rate for BWV's. I know our AAA rate was $320 and that was 10% off so rack rate has to be around $350-$360. It makes the room only discount for the villa's just about 40%. It doesn't get much better than that!


I have to admit, I rarely run into a less than friendly cm, but I called twice today and both times they weren't out and out rude, but they sure could have been more helpful!

Oh well, I got a great discount and I'm happy, happy, happy!
