I just read that Gregory Richie has been hired as head chef at Tchoup Chop. Richie is an awesome chef who has worked for Roy Yamaguchi's place on Sand Lake Rd. since its opening.
I loved Tchoup Chop before, and am even more excited to go there now. Some of the new proposed dishes, Crispy Kalua Chicken Egg Rolls, Wasabi Cured Lomi-Lomi Salmon Napoleon, Lemongrass Crusted Florida Gulf Shrimp with Udon Noodles in a Panang Curry Broth and Mongolian Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Sweet Onion Orange Confit and Stir Fried Lo Mein Noodles sound awesome. I just can't wait.

I love to read the restaurant reviews and there doesn't seem to be many of them on the board.
Emeril's restaruants are so expensive, that I want to make sure they are worth it, but I am planning on eating at Tchoup Chop and I'll definitely write reviews on it when I get back.
I think I'm more excited than my 14 yr old son!
