Hubby and I picked up our new camper on Saturday. What a thrill! Now we just have to wait for the season to start here in New England. I found myself making up excuses to go inside and just sit there admiring it. Does that sound crass, oh well, we have been campers for over 25 years and this is our first "brand new" camper that we have ever owned.
We were talking about our September vacation, we have 2 weeks off, and we think we might tow to Williamsburg, VA. but if we go that far, why not all the way to Fort Wilderness? Can't wait to spring that on Hubby.

Not silly at all. When we first brought our (used) pop-up home we had to put it up and sleep in it! My DD12 started out calling it the "yickle house" (little house) and DS10 goes out and pats it several mornings a week on our way to school. We love our camper and every time we take her out I fall in love with it all over again. A few weeks ago a fellow came up to my door and offered me cash for it. Sell my beloved Yickle House!
I don't think so! I bought that camper with money my dear pop-up-camping father left me. It perfectly suits our needs--not to big, not too small, juuust right
