New bug or glitch

If you look in the bottom right corner you can see a water tube and after a few seconds a storm cloud went by with lightning. You can see the start of it sort of. It was cool!

What is this from? Cursed storm?

I do that all the time.. that is cusred storm, it also works with snowman and bat, bat appears small and snowman is huge!
