New bobsleds at Matterhorn - very small and uncomfortable

Are the new Materhorn bobsleds (12/'17) LESS COMFORTABLE than the previous model?

6'3'', 220 lbs and I felt incredibly uncomfortable but it has been some time since riding this one. Last time I rode, it was two per sled, one in front of another "bobsled" style. This new car killed my knees. It also seemed really slow - maybe I'm just bigger now so distances seems shorter. Matterhorn is now a definite "can miss" if the line is insane.

I have always wanted to be or even see the Olympics, when i was at Lake placid, no way was I going off that towering jump, so Matterhorn bobsleds are the next best thing, It matches what i see on TV!!!

I agree with many here. I'm 6'0", 195 and I don't like the new bobsleds. I won't ride them anymore - the experience is just too painful for my tailbone and back. I agree with one who said to lean forward - that does relieve some of the discomfort, but not enough. If I had a pillow to sit on, and a back pillow to sit back against, I may consider riding it again. For now, I am reducing the length of the line and/or demand for FastPass by avoiding it :-) You're welcome :-)
