DW and I have eaten at Cindy's...we went in September and it wasn't as hard to get ressies as I thought it would be (a VERY slow time of year). I called at 60 days or so and we got a 9:00. 
I just helped some friends for a trip they're doing in a couple of weeks, but of course it was far to late to get them Cindy's. They're doing 1900 Park Square, which I hear is almost as good. The little girl just wants to SEE Cindy. But I have no doubt they'll get it next time. Their mom is almost as absessive about planning as I am!
