What I get when reading this, is that DCA is about to pass USF making Disney the top 6 parks. For a few years, IOA had been under USF (6th and 7th place), but they were passed by DCA and SWF. The attendance at IOA is declining, they need to add a new ride, unless they don't care about the attendance numbers. And it needs to be a "wow", not a show, not some kiddie thing. A thrill ride.
