Congrats, and Welcome Home! We also bought sight unseen and have never regretted or looked back. Our first trip home was in May after buying in October and it was amazing! I didn't want to leave the view of the animals on the savannah. DH took his favorite naps and I chilled out on the balcony with a good book. I could have been happy just relaxing at the resort. The pool is great and the staff is wonderful. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do. Next trip- Dec. 09!!

That's awesome. We want to go either Nov. or Dec. 2010. Was it hard to get what you want at the 11 month mark?

We've been twice in December and didn't have trouble getting a Savannah view room either time. Should be even easier once Kidani opens... That said, first two weeks in December is VERY busy for DVC members 'cause it's inexpensive in terms of points.
