Anything you haven't see yet is worth trying. There are a whole lot of similarities between Flights of Wonder and the new show so if you liked it, you should still like this show.
Was it as good as I had hoped? No.
Am I glad I tried it? Yes.
Will I see it every trip, like we did Flight of Wonder? No.
Will I see it again? Yes.

I actually loved Flights of Wonder and am still sad its gone... although it was cheesy We plan on watching this new show during our upcoming trip, although I hate to admit I'm not familiar with 'Up' ... hopefully that doesn't matter too much!

You SHOULD remedy that, however, and not because the the bird show.

If you are not emotionally moved by the first 10 minutes of that film, I'll double your money back on the cost of the film.

We saw the new show yesterday (4/28) and it was a disappointment. The character interaction was clunky, and something was off about the timing- there were weird gaps in the dialog. I didn’t think the characters added anything to the show, and they took valuable time away from the bird interactions. I did like the new bird demonstrations but the meat of the show has been cut by about a third in order to work in Russell and Dug.

Hopefully the show will evolve and improve as time goes on.
