New 180 day ADR Policy

Thanks for posting this Mandy!!

Now I am a compulsive planner ;) but I am not sure if 6 months in advance is just a little over the top? What does anyone else think??

Natalie - that is a shocking price increase :( Still I bet they could increase it even more and would still fill it. Are they doing the same for the Princess Storybook Breakfast at Akershus do you know??

?

I think it's a bit too far in advance but I suppose we'll have to use it for those hard to get ressies.

180 days! - I'll probably change my mind on where to eat about 20 times in that period :)

I agree Karen that its totally OTT to expect people to book their dinners that far ahead, also it doesn't give any newbies much of a chance at all, they have as much of a right if not more to enjoy the fabulous character meals which are, after all, advertised on every planning dvd etc, it'll end up being the same people getting ressies for CRT etc every time!

Thankyou so much for posting this.

I have just this second come off the phone and made an adr at 178 days out for CRT lunch. If I hadn't know and had waited for 90 days out I don't think it would have been that easy!

I got through straight away thanks to the tips on the Disney Restaurants forum, (no holding) and got 12 Noon.

I am chuffed and my kids think i am super mum, as i had been telling them we might not get it.

Thanks again, off to work out the other days now!

:cheer2:

I am extremely pleased to hear about the park hours being released earlier, but I agree that 180 days is a little too far out for ADRs.

PS - congratulations, Nicola!

Wow, I am I glad Mandymouse posted this ...been ticking off the days to my 90 days and getting really wound up about it as everyone has said how difficult it is.

Phoned tonight (sunday) hoping that the lines might be open and ............YYYYYYYYYYEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSS !

We have the exact day and time (we could have had our pick) we wanted.

The only question now is... do I tell my Cinderella mad daughter age 5 ? or will we surprise her ?

:cheer2:

Ohhhh I've been jumping up and down since I called - I'm so excited myself !
