We are staying at the Poly in May. I would like to use the Neverland Club one night. Does anyone know how strict they are on the age 4 requirement. My younger DD will be 4 in Sep. She has been potty trained for a year and will be with her older sister-age 6. Think they will let her stay?

Pretty sure they will not. The rules come from the state child care laws and are pretty set in stone.
sorry.

The ages 4-12 are listed clearly as "no exceptions," and they ask for the child's birth date when you book.

For children younger than four, the state requires more caregivers. That's the reason for the cut off age.

It depends on your integrity. how comfortable are you at lying? how comfortable are you at coaching your DD to lie? How about the 6 yr old she will be with? Can she be counted on to say 4 all evening if anyone asks? I think you would hate to have to come back and get her early. Plus once Disney has their birthdate in the computer they remember. The rules are clearly stated and you are aware of them. She is also not really that close to 4. May to Sept?

Disney counts on people's honesty, like with tickets, but if more and more people can't be trusted don't complain when you need birth certificates for everything.

Let me add I know it is frustrating because my DD wanted to go when she was younger and couldn't and she only missed the cutoff to be 4 by less than a month.

:scared1: Never considered lying.

I did not see the "no exceptions" or I would have not asked.

No problem, I did not intend to sound curt (if that's the way it came across). I only know because I checked carefully...my DS12 loves the clubs and will be too old to go this year because he will be 13 by the time of our trip.

No problem, thanks for clarifying :)
