Neverland Club

Has anyone used the services at the Neverland Club so that you could have a nice, romantic grown-up meal while at WDW?

I am thinking of maybe doing this. My kids are 4 and 6 (potty trained) and have been going to day care since they were 5 mos. old.

My concerns are:

1. Is the staff trained in early childhood education or something similar?
2. Are they CPR certified?
3. What is security like at the Neverland Club - is it easy for a precocious 4 year old to escape?

It is safe and fun for the kids! Pretty unescapable. I tried out the Neverland Club and also Sand Castle Club. My daughter actually enjoyed the Sand Castle Club a little more. (I think it was because it was more like her preschool, and she really liked on of the employees there. ANother factor maybe the night I dropped her off at the Neverland Club there were not kids her age.)

They are certified and you get a pager should something happen. They also have a very specific id drop off and pick up process. I felt more comfortable dropping my child off at a facility rather than our hotel room. That idea just gives me the creeps.

I believe that they are early childhood teachers but I am not absolutely positive. I can say with confidence that is more than just babysitting. I did not get a good view of the Neverland layout, but the Sand Castle Club really impressed me. There are several stations including computers, sensory, crafts, movie, and eating. I want to say that there were cots to rest on, but cannot say for sure because my daugher was having too much fun to rest. It was very clean and plan to take my daughter back on her next trip.
