Never went in January... going in 2016... FREE Disney Dining? Any Chance?

In the past we have only ever gone in September, but with my daughter now in college, January is our only option. We currently have a room deal, but with 6 of us, a Free Dining Option would be much better.

Is there any hope of picking up a Free Dining Plan for mid-Jan 2016?

I believe the last time they had free dining in January for the public was in 2012, but there are several other special offers currently available for January 2016 including a Play, Stay and Dine offer. You can check on the DW website to see what is available. At this point I would not expect a FD special for January.
