we stayed last august and too be honest I was a little disappointed for the money we paid, the room was a little tired with the bathroom needing a major overhaul, with the tiles having mould in, the curtain rail, hanging off, and muck all around the mirrors, the suite itself was a good size but I know for a fact the floors were not hovered each day as bits that were on the floor were there for a few days, had to complain first day as there was blood on sheets of one of the beds, the staff were friendly and would help wherever possible, the pool bar is a nice place to have a relax but do charge 18% tip no matter what you have and was very slow most days
the lounge curtains were torn in many places and hanging down some of the carpet was also torn not really what I would expect for 4+ star hotel but on the whole we had a great time
boats to citywalk were often and it is about 15 minute pleasant stroll along landscaped path
staying onsite has the express pass which is a god send,
front desk took my credit card details for sundries but when I came to use it at a shop they had taken the whole credit limit on my card, very embarrassing. they said they would have it sorted in a day but had to go back 3 days later and they still had not done it
I will be trying one of the other onsite hotels in future, needs a major overhaul
