Here is how our party went, and a lot of additional info that I was given. (Of course I should say that Disney could change things up at anytime, so just know that this was MY experience and hopefully you will get a good idea of what to expect.)

The birthday family can arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. They will not let anyone in before your child. They politely explain that the birthday boy/girl gets to enter first.

This was my son's 3rd birthday. We chose the Mickey Mouse theme, no characters (sadly out of our price range).

You are charged for every child between the ages of 3 and 12. You can have as many babies/kids under 3 as you like. Also they said we could have as many adults as we wanted. We had about 7 kids, 3 babies and 25 adults.

They provide pizza and apple juice for the kids.

"The number of pizzas included is based on the number of children expected to attend. If you are expecting around 10-12 kids, you will get 3 pizzas for the children. You can have cheese or pepperoni."
You may order extra pizza for the adults- $20 a pizza. We were told that the adults were welcome to have the left over pizza from the kids. We ordered one extra (Veggie) just in case.
The juice is Minute Maid juice boxes.

Additional Food:
You can order additional food through Private Dining if you want. Or you can bring your own!
We brought sandwiches, chips, fruit, etc. and they set everything out for us nicely, using their serving trays/bowls etc.
Here is the table as they set it up:

The CAKE:
You can use the cake they provide or you can bring your own. In our case, a friend of mine made this huge, amazing cake- but we still kept the Disney one too because it was already included in the party price.
I have to say, the Disney cake was pretty good, but it wasn't as special as I needed it to be (that's just my opinion) and they couldn't even guarantee that it would be themed, although in the end, it was. I am glad that we had our own cake there and not the Disney cake alone.

Here is the Disney cake:

We brought lots of extra desserts and set up a dessert table. I brought my own tablecloth for this. Here is a picture of it all set up with the cake that we brought (all the treats were brought by us)

I will continue this in the next post......
I hope this will help someone!

*Just an FYI: Candles are not allowed to be lit inside Never Land as they are a fire hazard. They can be used for picture purposes if you wish to bring your own.

After all of the kids arrive they have free play time for awhile. There are two CMs there to run the party. Our girls were VERY nice.

You get TWO activities with your party, but they actually give you 3 for no extra charge.
The activity choices were:
Tattoos, Arts & Crafts, Freeze Dance, Limbo, Musical Stars (similar to Musical Chairs) or "Nursery Rhymes" (Heads, Shoulders, Knees, & Toes; Hokey Pokey; If You're Happy and You Know It) or anything else that you think they might enjoy.

We chose
1. Arts and crafts- the girls made princess crowns and the boys made pirate bandanas- both very cute and the little kids loved this.

2. Bubble dance- they turn on the bubble machine and play music. The kids went nuts for this.

3. Nursery Rhymes - fun but many of the kids were not interested.

After two activites, they announce it is lunch time. They like to play cartoons on the big screen while the kids eat, but you can also pick a movie if you want. (It only plays for about 30 minutes.) We chose Lilo and Stitch. They kids are all given cute little trays with their pizza and juice, themed plates and napkins. Then they sit and eat and watch the cartoons.

Here is a pic- sorry I had to block out the faces.

The adults eat with the kids. You must provide your own beverages for the adults but they provide cups and ice. No alcohol allowed!

Decorations:
For our theme, which was Mickey Mouse, they used the same plates/tablecloths that you can buy at Target. I don't know about the other themes. Here are some pics with the decorations/balloons up:

They do not provide party hats, so we brought our own:

Gift bags:

Gift bags are included in the party- I wish I had a picture but I don't :(
They were very cute to look at, but filled with junk. You can bring your own gift bags also- they will hand them out together (along with balloons) as the kids leave the party. We wanted to add things to the gift bags but you can not do that because the Disney bags are pre-sealed.

After lunch, they bring the cake to the front table and sing Happy Birthday. The kids eat cake in the same place they ate lunch. After that there is more free play until the party is over.

We had a GREAT time at the Never Land club. All the kids LOVED the place and the adults liked it too.

If anyone has any questions I can answer, let me know!

Thanks for the information! It was very thoughtful of you! What a great place to have a birthday party.

Hmmm....my husband is turning 50....too bad he's not 12 (well, that's debateable). :rotfl2:

Thanks for all the photos, too. :thumbsup2

Thank you SO much for these postings! I booked a party here and THIS is exactly the type of information I was looking for, but couldn't find anywhere! This is incredibly helpful!:yay:

This information is great! It looks like your little one had a terrific party. I would love to do a party there for my daughter.....maybe next year.

wow, thank you so much for the info and the pics! I am very knowledgeable about the kids'clubs on property, but I had no idea they did parties! My daughter has stayed at every kid club at least once (a few of them several times) and we have really enjoyed all the activities, the staff, the food, etc.

I will say...I felt a bit of sadness wash over me...when I realized my soon to be 12 year old DD will not want to have a party there. I am so envious of families with young chidren that get to experience all this stuff! Don't get me wrong, you can see by my signature we have been to WDW a bunch, and we have done lots of neat things outside of the parks...but I still wish I would have done MORE!

Anyway, thanks for sharing your pictures and experience! Looks like a great time!

Wow, that looks like so much fun!! Wish we lived in FL so I could do this for dd. She turns 3 next week. I also have a Jonah, but mine is 15 now:)

Thank you so much for posting this info and pictures! It looks like it was a great party. I would love to do this for DS, but we live in NY. I wonder if I still paid the $340 but only had 6 kids if they would allow that? I know we couldn't get more than 6 kids there.

Wow! I had no idea you could do parties like this! Learn something new everyday on the DIS. :worship:
We will be traveling when DS is turning 1...but I doubt we can get anyone to join us. I will def keep this in mind for future years though!:thumbsup2

Can I ask where you found the Mickey ears birthday hats? Thanks!

I made them! Well, the hats were store bought (Target, I think) and then I printed out the ears from a Disney website (I'm sorry I can't remember which one) and attached them to the hats.
:goodvibes

Love all the pictures!!!!:thumbsup2 We wouldn't do a birthday there simply because we live in GA, but we made reservations for the kids to go one night while we go to Victoria and Alberts. So glad to actually see some detailed pictures. Great information, too, about the birthday celebrations. I'll have to send my Orlando friends this link. They would totally love this for their kids.

Great review!!!
