I booked about 4 months ago and all I have is an email confirmation. Nothing with scannable bar-codes or anything that resembles the e-tickets I'm used to getting.

I got an email last week that I thought might be what might be considered a ticket. But it was just a reminder that my trip was coming up soon, and an offer to book a rental car :confused3

So.... should I call Southwest or what? I haven't traveled in a few years, maybe I don't need to show up with anything in hand, but it just feels weird to me.

Did you do EBCI? If not, when you check in 24 hours in advance you can print your boarding pass. Your boarding assignment is assigned when you check in so if you want you can wait until you get to the airport as well. If you did EBCI, you can wait until you check in at the airport or print it out at home 24 hours in advance.

Hope this helps.

That's it. When you get your boarding pass at check-in, it will have a bar code.

Yep, for our outgoing flight we did EBCI. So, you're saying I should do online check-in and then print our tickets out? Sounds good, but what about for our return flight (which I did not get EBCI for)?

They can be printed at the resort or at a park guest services. Since you don't have EBCI for the return, it's important to check-in right at 24 hours.

The correct word is flown, not flied.

You don't print out your ticket. All you will need is a boarding pass, which you can print after checking in. You can print at home or anywhere you can find a printer, including at the airport.

You can print them at your hotel or even at the airport if you need to. But the important thing is to check in at the 24 hr mark. You can do this from a smartphone if you download the SWA app or from any computer with internet access. You don't have to print them at the same time you check in. I check in from my phone all the time if I'm not at a computer at the 24 hr mark. Then later you can go to a computer and take the same steps as you do to check in and just print your boarding pass (it won't mess up your position to do it this way). Also, if you don't have any means of printing, you can print it at the airport. Just be sure to check in at 24 hours (or close to it).

SERIOUSLY? I guess since you don't know me personally, you might think that I actually speak that way and didn't merely type faster than my brain was moving. However, I am so ammused by your comment, that I think I'll probably giggle about it all day long. So....thanks for that. :thumbsup2
